    We ordered a take away for delivery, and ordered it to be delivered at pm as we were due home just before then. Just eat then said it was was delayed until :pm so we knew we had plenty of time. I received a call at :pm saying they were outside. I apologised and said it was ordered for pm, we are not there to collect it. The driver apologised and said he would sort it. At around :pm I rang up just to confirm that the food was still coming and a young girl answered and said she would find out. Suddenly a very rude and angry man came on the phone, he did not say who he was, and started actually shouting at me down the phone for refusing the order. I tried to explain the problem but he would not let me get a word in. He said on his end it did not say pm but I had the app open and it said pm on my end. I even tried to say it may be a just eat error but he would not listen. He was extremely aggressive and condescending. I asked to speak to someone less unpleasant so he put the young girl back on the phone, who was full of apologies and incredibly helpful. So I would like to thank her and point out how good she was considering how aggressive and unprofessional her colleague was. When the food was delivered the driver was lovely, and he did show the ticket that said :pm (still later than they actually tried the first time) but I explained that I had triple checked and the app said pm. I absolutely think this was a just eat error and did not bother me in the slightest,these things happen. This review is based on the vile behaviour of one of the staff. This is the first time I've ever left a negative review for anything because I was so appalled by the way in which he spoke to me. We order from here regularly and enjoy the food, so I really hope the establishment get rid of this awful employee.

    Ordered a delivery through Deliveroo.Arrived without the chips and salad that were part of the order.Called the restaurant to be told I was lying! Why on earth would I do that? Never had a problem ordering through apps in the past.Will certainly not be ordering from this place again. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and dreadful service.Give them a wide berth!

    I really enjoyed the food when I ate here, they used to open the restaurant and the food was top notch. We visited with friends when they were staying with us a number of times, now we have to travel miles to eat this kind of food in a restaurant. I hope this returns as the restaurant is sat empty which seems a waste , and this area desperately needs some choice . We have almost nothing in terms of restaurants nearby, and certainly nowhere to get a decent proper kebab and grilled meats

    Ordered at :, didn’t arrive til :. Phones twice and they lied about how long it’d be each time. Order arrived and was missing a whole chicken parmo and the pizza was ” instead of ”. Paid £ for two tubs of Ben and jerrys (half baked and fudge brownie) and it came with two little cookie doughs and three vanilla. Crap. Pizza was undercooked and gross. Fries tasteless. £ for what ?
